Introduced in 1985 to support clients who wanted to use fewer pesticides in caring for their properties, HG’s Arbor Track Program remains an innovative approach to landscape management.

Arbor Track consists of inventory, evaluation, treatment, and communication. The first step is to compile a landscape plant inventory, including a systematic description of overall plant appearance, condition, and health. This detailed account allows most pest and disease issues to be identified and many future issues anticipated.

The next step is monitoring and evaluation. This consists of multiple site visits by Arbor Track technicians who examine landscape plants throughout the growing season. A typical Arbor Track property receives an average of 10 visits from early spring through late autumn.

The third step is prescription and treatment. We monitor pest populations closely and apply controls only when necessary. Regular reports from our technicians guarantee that you will always be aware of potential problems well ahead of time.
