Natalie McNeill

Natalie holds a Bachelor of Science in Forestry and Environmental Management from the University of New Brunswick. She began her career with Davey Tree in May 2000 as an intern and has now been with the company for 24 years, serving in a variety of roles, including Plant Health Care Technician, District Manager, and Operations Manager of People and Culture.

With her most recent promotion to Market Manager, Natalie has returned to the East Coast, where she now oversees operations in Massachusetts and Connecticut.

She is a Board-Certified Master Arborist and a Certified Treecare Safety Professional. Natalie is also an ISA True Professional of Arboriculture Award recipient, a member of the ISA Credentialing Council and an active board member of the ISA Rocky Mountain Chapter.

Beyond her deep commitment to trees and promoting their health in urban environments, Natalie is passionate about mentoring and developing future leaders in arboriculture and urban forestry. A forward-thinker throughout her career, she continuously seeks innovative, sustainable ways to attract and empower the next generation of professionals in the field.
